Just about a month ago numerous FlashMoto’s friends and subscribers got an opportunity to watch the first official video presentation of our Flash CMS. I have just played around with the public beta and i have to say that i am very impressed. Great work!!! I am a freelancer working on many projects with another flash cms system but yours is something completely new.When do you expect to have the final? As a note, what I would like to see as far as licencing will be a per domain licence and the option to buy in bulk for us developers.
I am enjoying the Beta Test so far. I do however hope that the FlashMoto Developers are testing against restrictive web hosts to make Flashmoto compatible with web hosts such as Yahoo Small Business. Additionally, a simple automated Install to the web host server of the users choice will get average users on board quickly. All the Install needs to do is asks a few questions, to setup. As far as contact pages and forms I would love to see an administrator to with a means to customizable user forms (contact, surveys, you name it…) that can be emailed back to preset(customizable as in the form that I just filled out to write this post) aliased email accounts without a need for the Admin to code it will satisfy a long sought out feature in my book.
Overall I am more than stocked. I plan to purchase per domain licenses when available.
I’ve been trying out FlashMoto CMS the last few hours, and I think it is among the best CMS solution. It has more functionality than many other CMS solutions. The program is highly customizable and this is an extra bonus for all (developer or CMS user). The useful components that it has are excellent solution for every small size company or person. I am also very impressed with the editing system and the build-in modules.Also, the search engine optimisation support is second to none. There are too many other characteristics to list and I really don’t know where to start and where to finish. Just read the full features on flashmoto site and test the beta version. I am looking forward to see the final product.
How much it costs?
Wow!!! it is the best cms on flash that i have seen. I prefered to a downloadable version for my hosting. 😉 … and can we add code ? (html, as, etc ) ?? that will be very nice.

There has been a need for a powerful CMS for flash with out all the headaches of alot of coding to permit endusers to modify the flash app a developer builds. As a developer/designer myself. I find this question coming up all the time. “(Customer) Can we add things to the site after it’s finished”. My answer to them is “if you have flash knowledge will you be able to do so”. Now with this type of product online we can provide this type of assistance to our customers. I’m very impressed with the editing system and how fast the changes come about with the build-in modules. I’m do not get impressed easily, but in this case. I AM!!!

Hi Guys, great job!!! Can’t say enough about the work you’ve done. The only info I need is about what logic will you use for the backend, my reasons are simple, there just isn’t any form of CMS with ASP.NET worth contemplating. I use Sitefinity for static.NET, and I must say there is no comparison for non-tech. I prefer to use Linux/Php, but I have many requests for web design with a MSSQL and .NET. At any rate, cant wait for the final release, once done you’ll have a reference in Italy.
I was excited after watching the video. I didnt even have to play with it myself to know that i would use this product. What can be done with flash is much more exciting than a static site and I look forward to offering more dimensions to my clients

I’m trying to upload different fonts on my demo site but it tells me to convert them to swf with ‘Fonts Creator Widget’ on your site, could you point me to this tool? thanx!
It is a great concept, but with a long way to go. As it is there are many things not working and the fonts are not offering international characters like Ç, á, é, ã and so for.
I’m looking forward for your first stable release.

Working in Visual Design mode allows you to create flash site and make all necessary changes on the fly. The application interface is as simple as possible. We did our best to make the process of website development more than intuitive. To master the basics of FlashMoto CMS you have to spend about 20 minutes. User friendly site creator wizard walks you through all steps of making new site. If you want to change any aspect of the site you can always roll back without the risk of data loss

I have worked with allot of flash based programs. After working with FlashMoto and seeing how simple the navigation is. I didn’t find anything in this program confusing or cumbersome. People that have no web programming skills at all will be able to use this program to create dynamic rich content flash driven website. I am very impressed and can’t wait to buy the program.
This program has an very simple layout that is easy to follow from the main navigation at the top to the navigation on the left side of the screen. The tutorials were very helpful in understanding the basics of the program. For a seasoned programmer or designer. It is almost so easy that you just start up and go. This program gives you complete control of the look, feel, pages and interactivity of the whole site. I love the fact that it is so easy to add new pages and to add new modules to spice up the site. Importing new media into this program is a cinch, and even easier to manage.
I have found that all to often that managing a flash based website can be incredibly time consuming. With FlashMoto I see that changing tremendously. It cuts the production time and management time down tremendously. Bravo!! I have tried a couple other flash content management systems out there and I would prefer this one hands down. Thank you for the opportunity to try this out. I look forward to working with this program!

its really hard to say if this CMS is the best from all i have ever seen, probably not, because well for now it doesn’t look an super extra easy to understand what is what – here i mean our dear customers who are not web developers. But the major ‘mistake’ (for me as a web-master) was that you guys haven’t build in some quick access shortcuts for some basic options like for example delete object or something like that, i don’t know maybe I’m wrong but as i sad i don’t think this soft is the best on planet. But anyway you guys have done a lot of nice and really hard work, well done.
truly hoping that this beta version is really and only a beta and the final product would be much more better, also it would be nice to have a life time free update for your customers 🙂 and maybe as its (as i think) build on Flex basis it could be possible to build a windows application.

As the things are going faster and faster, every one trying to save time & want’s the best possible plus understandable opertunity which one can use easly. I have gothrough the CMS, It was attractive as well as pleasant and easy.
The things which i like most is contents management, even if any one have no idea of how to use, can make chanegs with no efforts. And also I can’t forget the small preview of the page which we want to edit from the list is just what some one can assume as easy to access any page.
Modification & editing & so simple. Its like we are working in a huge graphic application but in smarter way. As the contents drag drop facility to move or mange spacing etc.
If I want to explain in simple words then it is !!!!! Superb !!!!!

How would one test FlashMoto on their own Flash movie?
Gallery not working as advertised in the demo. For instance, one can not re-size an image then create a thumbnail from said image.
Font Creation Tool :: Where is it? When released will it be an additional cost to access the created font sets? Grids/Guidlines – Where are they?
