Nice Template - Great General Customer Service - Challenging Site Set-up. We have been very pleased with the rapid responses for each of our inquiries and the general service. We are disappointed however with some of the technical issues we have experienced such as SEO set up, uploading videos to our library which still won't work and the flexibility to create custom forms. Otherwise, so far for a very simple site, the template has been fine.
Meeting tools. The toughest was to get used to the admin panel. To be honest, a few hours is needed to grapple with all those tools, but these few hours will save a lot of your energy in future, believe me.
